This intake manifold covers the oil injection hole left when taking off the original air box, and installs with the original main carburetor sleeve nuts from your Dellorto SI carburetor. A beautiful cast metal piece made by Malossi, made in Italy. Includes a Malossi sticker! We also offer a POLINI INTAKE MANIFOLD that does not cover the oil injection hole if you are installing a larger carburetor on a non-oil-injected scooter. You will need a RUBBER BOOT to attach the carburetor. You might also consider new throttle and choke cables, a new base gasket, and a pod-style air filter. Appropriate choke and throttle cables can be relatively easily made from long throttle cables. See the related items below.
Pro-Flo 4 EFI systems feature a high performance Edelbrock intake manifold with a 1,000 cfm throttle body, fuel rails and individual injectors for each cylinder. Key to the improved performance of a system like this is the fuel injector location, which is at the end of the runner on the intake manifold right before the air flow stream enters the combustion chamber. This location provides a more efficient mixture control thats unaffected by varying intake manifold runner temperatures and length. The fuel injector is also timed with the intake valve opening, giving the ultimate control and is the most efficient way to deliver fuel into your engine. This design produces the best fuel atomization and precise distribution to each cylinder for the ultimate performance.
The problem can be a kink in the cable, or the cable is not well adjusted to sustain the right amount of pressure. A throttle cable allows enough pressure to get through the line to allow for more effortless pressing of the paddle.
The remedy to relieving the symptom is cleaning the throttle body well. In case the shift cable has too much free motion, the cable might not be moving enough at the transmission cable to select the drive.
The most common causes of a gas pedal getting stuck can be as a result of the throttle body having dirtiness. Besides throttle body having issues, other parts such as gas pedal assembly and throttle cable may have developed damages.
The hard-to-press pedal might result from a damaged throttle cable, carburetor, throttle body, or gas pedal assembly. To fix it, you will need to perform a visual check to assess the cause of the issue before fixing it. 59ce067264
